About the event
he Bike MS: Breakaway to the Palm Beaches is just 6 weeks away! This tour, previously known as the “Breakaway to the Palm Beaches”, is scheduled for April 5-6. Starting in Boca Raton, the ride will go north to Jupiter and back on Saturday, and then south into coastal Broward County and back on Sunday.
For many years, this event has been widely supported by the South Florida ham community, and this event doesn’t happen without us! After the ride relocated to Palm Beach, we partnered up with the Gold Coast Amateur Radio Association to help with the logistics of this event. GCARA is working to staff the rest stops and fixed locations. If you have any interest in helping out with rest stop operations, you should reach out to Ben at n7bbe@arrl.net.
However, I am searching for SAG drivers to help on the tour. We need hams…
